LOZE has many pleasant paths from which one can discover all aspects of the Commune’s heritage. You will enjoy cycling and walking amidst the serenity of this beautiful area.
A “Chemin de Grande Randonnée” (long distance foothpath), the G.R.46 passes through LOZE, and there are also many short walks which are well-signposted.
Pétanque takes place in and around the village as soon as the good weather arrives, while the card game Belote is played in the winter.
Hunting and fishing are popular sports; the Bonnette is well stocked with fish.
St Antonin, Najac and Caylus are nearby, and you can try outdoor activities like rock climbing, walking, pot-holing, canoeing and orienteering.
LOZE is also a good base for visiting interesting and historical sites, such as the Bastides of Caylus, St Antonin, Najac and Villefranche de Rouergue, the River Lot Valley, the three rose-coloured cities of Toulouse, Albi and Montauban…. and numerous small villages of character, all within a radius of 50km.
