The farm/inn, the Mas de Monille, offers original menus based on the geese and wild boar raised on the farm. If you wish you will be able to visit the stock – 400 boars descendants of a large male weighing 180kg, born and reared on 13 hectares of oakwood – and learn the history of the geese from birth to the table.
Various products are sold on the spot – foie gras, confits (conserve of goose), magrets (breast fillet), cous farcies d’oies (stuffed neck), pâtés, sausages, brochettes and gigot (leg) of wild boar.
